CCAR Governmental Affairs Director
Nash Oldenettel has served as our Local Governmental Affairs Director since February 2023. He will serve the Capital Area REALTORS®, the Central Illinois Board of REALTORS®, the Champaign County Association of REALTORS® and the Kankakee-Iroquois-Ford Association of REALTORS®. He previously worked on the Illinois Senate Republicans policy staff and for both former Illinois Congressman Rodney Davis and Congressman Darin LaHood. Oldenettel comes from a family deeply involved in real estate. He is a graduate of Millikin University in Decatur and is a master’s degree candidate at the University of Illinois Springfield.
