Membership Benefits

CCAR advocates for the interests of the real estate industry and provides support to members on legal and regulatory issues. CCAR has a Government Affairs Director (GAD) for our area to respond to local policy updates. We also support members through legislative calls for action to show our support of a piece of legislation. Lastly, CCAR sponsors a bus trip to the state capital each spring to help all members see advocacy in action.

CCAR is committed to giving back to the community and participates in a variety of philanthropic initiatives and charitable events throughout the year. As a member, you can take part in these initiatives and help make a positive impact in the Champaign County community.

CCAR offers a wide range of continuing education courses to help you stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. These courses cover a variety of topics, including real estate law, marketing, ethics, and more. These are available in our newly updated education room. Other opportunities for learning are provided through Lunch-n-Learns, mentorship program, volunteer leadership opportunities and more.

CCAR offers monthly networking events and opportunities for members to connect with other real estate professionals and affiliates in the Champaign County area. These events provide a chance to build relationships, share best practices, and gain insights into the local real estate market.

Members get access to the FOREWARN app for free. This easy-to-use app allows an agent to do a background check on a potential, unknown client using only a cell number in seconds.
