- You will want them to have a filled-out New Member Application.
- Either send them with their 45-day permit/License or email it to Shelly ahead of time at shellyf@illinihomes.com
- Make sure that your new agent is aware of the fees and the dates that they are to be paid on.
- Make sure that they are aware and have signed the acknowledgment of the mandatory new member orientation (failure to complete the 2-day new member orientation can result in services being suspended until it is complete)
- Make sure you as their Managing Broker have signed everything you are supposed to. This will help to not delay their application process.
