- CEO - CEO is responsible to the Board of Directors for the effective conduct of
the affairs of the Association. The CEO recommends and participates in the development of the Association’s mission, goals, objectives, and related policies. Within that framework, plans, organizes, coordinates, controls, and directs the staff, programs, and activities of CCAR, to ensure objectives are attained, plans fulfilled, and member needs met. - Member Engagement & Events Manager - The Bookkeeper's roles include review/audit preparation, budget preparation, and creating financial reports. This person works closely with the organization's CEO and other team members to administer the financial policies developed in concert with the Board of Directors and the CEO to ensure the sound financial position of the association. As Committee and Event Manager, this person attends committee and involvement meetings and directs the implementation of events, including RPAC events, networking events, awards banquet, and more.
- Education & Member Specialist - The person is a vital member of the team and is responsible for assuring superior customer service to all association members and successful operations of the front office. This position performs a wide variety of administrative support functions for all staff while also serving as a liaison to the Education committee. This person will act as the central point of contact for all association members and potential members and will therefore play a primary role in promoting a professional image and valued reputation.
